The Princess Royal has taken part in an interview for BBC Songs of Praise in remembrance of Scottish sportsman and Christian missionary, Eric Liddell. 100 years ago, at the 1924 Paris Olympics, Eric Liddell won gold in the 400 meters after refusing to run in the 100 meters as it was scheduled for a Sunday.
