How to change the resolution of the stage in MIT Scratch
I'm not sure you can change the scratch stage to be HD, but you can DEFINITELY change the screen size, using various websites, such as Turbowarp. In Turbowarp, if you go to the "Advanced" tab, and go to the "Danger Zone" section, you can change the custom screen size! Although, it may make these projects look wonky, as Scratch uses a 4:3 screen resolution by default.
